I wouldn't be shocked if McCutchen is dealt to the Yankees for 4 prospects within the next 48 hours.
Just kidding, I think.
I thought the McLouth trade was just outright rape, and in favor of the Pirates, oddly enough. (Shocking, I know.) I doubt he ever has a year as good as he did last year, and the Pirates already have this year's version in Morgan and the future up in McCutchen.
Christ. Is there any reason why people still read sports writers like Smizik, Cook, and the others who do nothing but write articles that contradict each other? No wonder people turn to the blogs---to some of them at least---for commentary that's actually, like, well-informed.
