Some Last-minute AFC Championship news...

--People seemed to enjoy the gallery of motivational videos for last week's game, so if you missed it the first time, here's your chance to redeem yourself. If you don't feel like clicking the link, at the very least you could watch the runaway favorite, the Heinz Field Renegade video against the Cowboys followed by Tony Romo cooly throwing a pick-six:

--Terrell Suggs and his sprained shoulder will suit up for the Ravens today. No word on whether or not he issued any bounties. []
