The man shown above looks like he's all business, and he's just been introduced as the new coach of YOUR Pittsburgh Power Arena League team.
Today, the Power announced the signing of Chris Siegfried as the first coach in team history, and he will be formally introduced at a press conference today. Siegfried has a successful track-record in the minor league football league opposed to capital letters, arenafootball2, having led the Spokane Shock to a 14-2 record and the league championship in 2006. Last season, Siegfried was offensive coordinator of the 12-4 Jacksonville Sharks, for whatever that's worth to you.
The search for a head coach took about a month, according to owner/GM Matt Shaner. Assembling a staff and a roster will be the next step for the team, but that sounds like it shouldn't be a problem. Shaner adds that the presence of the Consol Energy Center as a home facility could be a secret weapon in recruiting players for the expansion team set to play in 2011. "My phone's been ringing off the hook with players that want to come and play for Pittsburgh," Shaner said.
