STEELERS 2010 PRESEASON SCHEDULE RELEASED

Not that anyone cares, but the NFL announced the Steelers' 2010 preseason schedule today. One of the games will make a small bit of history, and another will put the Steelers on display in front of a national, primetime audience.
The Steelers will be the first visiting opponent of the New York Giants at the Giants/Jets' yet-to-be-named new stadium, to be played in week two of the preseason. It will be the first meeting between the two teams since the infamous "James Harrison as Second-String Long Snapper" Game on October 28, 2008.

I suppose that qualifies as the highlight of the preseason slate, but here are the other games:

-The opener and home opener will be against Matt Stafford and Detroit, with the date and time TBA.

-The Giants game will be the second of the preseason and played sometime between August 19 and 23.

-Week three, usually the featuring the most playing time for the starters, takes the Steelers to Denver, on Sunday, August 29 at 8 p.m. That game will be nationally televised on Fox.

-The preseason closes with the annual Carolina game, likely on Thursday, September 2. That will be played at Heinz Field.

Is it too soon to start complaining that they didn't run the ball enough on 3rd & short in these upcoming preseason games?

Awesome!

We resigned Ryan Clark just in time for him to die playing a preseason game in Denver!
