Garland says there was "no criminal activity" and Roethlisberger is "completely innocent of any crime."
Milledgeville Police Chief Woodrow Blue said the quarterback and other witnesses to the alleged incident would be interviewed in the next two to three days. He also added that videotape from the nightclubs would be reviewed.
Art Rooney II of the Steelers issued the following statement today:
"All of us in the Steelers family are concerned about the recent incident involving Ben Roethlisberger in Georgia. We cannot comment on any of the specifics until law enforcement’s investigation is concluded. Certainly, we will continue to closely monitor the situation.”
Pittsburgh-based agent Ralph Cindrich has made some candid comments regarding the situation on his Twitter feed.

Is it time to draft Big Ben's replacement? Difficult as it is to imagine, I can't see Ben being offered a new contract. He'll be lucky if he isn't cut for cause from this one.

Edward Garland has a amazing record of getting people of seemingly unbelievable low sentences for the crimes they originally allegedly committed tho.
