I'll still be shocked if Kiffen ends up the Steelers OC. What has that guy done to deserve where he's at? He was the WR coach at USC. Al Davis (whom, I'm sure we all agree, is batsh*t senile in his old age) decides to bring him in to be head coach, Kiffen fails TERRIBLY, gets the HC job at Tennesee... fails AGAIN, and is not HC at USC.
