I can't believe the news either, but it sounds like superstar Pitt RB Lesean "Shady" McCoy is returning for a junior season:
"Everyone keeps trying to push that idea, that this is my last game at Heinz Field. I'm not going anywhere," McCoy said. "There is a lot of stuff I have to prove and the thing is, I don't think I've done enough here at this university and there is a lot of stuff I have to achieve here."
Hmmm....could he perhaps be referring to "ideas" such as this article by Ron Cook?
And while it's usually known that a player ready to go to the NFL early is good for the Pitt program, I'm willing to bet that The Wannstache won't complain if he has to take McCoy back for a third season.
