SITE NEWS

As you can see, I've been busy around here. A few content and atmosphere updates for you:

1. I just received word that I will once again be writing the Deadspin Steelers Preview. If you're not familiar with these, I suggest you read the 2006 and 2007 versions; I feel they're a few of the most enjoyable pieces I've ever written, and they actually hold up over time.

That's got a Wednesday deadline, so my hands will be full the next few days. Not sure when it will run.

2. Just wrapped up a really great interview with a local/national celebrity which will be up on Monday. Sorry, I'm not blowing the surprise. Check back for that.

3. Made some major design changes, which include:

-New, more-visible sidebar headers

-A general housecleaning of sidebar stuff that's no longer relevant

-and most of all, a really cool new addition of links to other relevant blogs that is constantly updated. Scroll down on the right side and you'll find this new feature, which lists the blogs alphabetically and includes a link to their latest blog post.

There are a number of blogs that are linking to Mondesi's House, including some that I never knew existed, so I'm happy to unveil this new "blogroll". Check them out here and be sure to click on their sidebar links in the future:
