The city of Jeannette, PA breathed a collective sigh of relief late Tuesday night, as it was announced that their Terrelle Pryor-led Jayhawks would be at full strength for their PIAA playoff game tonight.
The status of several players was in doubt following a nasty altercation after their PIAA playoff game against North Catholic on Saturday night.
No players will be suspended from either side, but there were a number of consequences nonetheless. Coaches and players from both sides must attend anger-management classes by the end of the school year; both schools are on two years' probation and must submit a plan on how to avoid similar incidents; and finally, coaches, principals and athletic administrators at both schools were publicly censured.
Ugh... [Mondesi's House]
