Buy The Bus's Ride...Which, Ironically, is Not a Bus

After failing to reach the reserve price in the intial listing, Jerome Bettis' 2001 Ferrari 360 Modena Spider F1 is back on the market. Yes, there's a new addition to the ever-increasing relationship between Steelers players and local auto dealers, as this is being listed through Bobby Rahal Motor Car Company.

Among the key selling points of the NBC star's former ride (their words in CAPS):

--ORIGINALLY OWNED BY RALF SCHUMACHER (BROTHER OF MICHAEL SCHUMACHER OF THE F1 SERIES FAME) AND THEN SOLD TO JEROME BETTIS W/700 ORIGINAL MILES.

Impressive pedigree for a vehicle...at least until Bettis owned it.

--3 SETS OF KEYS INCLUDING RED MASTER KEY ( IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS KEY IT WILL COST YOU $4,000 TO REPLACE THE WHOLE SET AND COMPUTER SYSTEM.

Any chance Hines ever hid Jerome's red key as a practical joke?

--JEROME BETTIS IS HEADED INTO THE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME AND IS ONE OF THE MOST BELOVED AND RESPECTED PITTSBURGH STEELERS OF ALL TIME!!!!

Celebrity history is definitely a important factor when purchasing a vehicle. Kind of like when George Costanza bought Jon Voight's car.

--ORIGIANAL FACTORY WHEELS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND WERE NEVER USED BY JEROME.

Apparently this car operates on some sort of hover-power that does not use wheels. Either that or Jerome simply bought new wheels. I tend to agree with the first option.

So here's your chance, Steeler fans. As of this posting, the bids were at a mere $10,100. That leaves plenty of room for you to buy and subsequently ruin it with a black and gold paint job.

This car is an example of human ability to make other humans happy yet it has been wasted with only 700 original miles!? Hover-power miles, mind you, so it's even further from its true intent.

WHAT A FUCKING JOKE

It's now over 30k.

I used to know one of Jerome's bodyguards, and he talked about how Jerome was obsessed with this car. If the bodyguard looked at the car the wrong way Jerome got mad.

To be honest I am surprised he is selling it.
