TANGRADI'S SEASON OVER

In an unfortunate bit of bad news during this Penguins time of year, it's been announced that prospect Eric Tangradi will miss the rest of his season due to severe cut on his left hand. The injury occurred in an OHL playoff game on Thursday night during a collision with Brampton goalie Thomas McCollum.

While this is certainly not good news, Tangradi has a pending MRI this week to determine if the injury will have any long-term effects. For now, Ray Shero sounds optimistic, and that's good enough for me.

While Tangradi's OHL season recently concluded, he was scheduled to join Wilkes-Barre for the Baby Penguins' playoff run. The team is off until Saturday, when they pick up round two against Hershey.
