THIS IS FUN

Tim from Latrobe sent over the "USA Today Salaries Database", and I must say, it is fascinating.

It includes all statistical information for the NFL from 2000-2008, MLB 1988-2008, NBA 2001-2008, and NHL 2000-2008. Which means you can look up everyone from Lemieux to Roethlisberger, Kordell to Derek Bell. One thing is consistent through all players good and bad: they're all loaded.

Dewayne Washington made the 5th most amount of money on the 2000 team... $2.43 million, which I think averaged out to be like $45,000 for every dropped interception and $95 for every blown coverage.

This site's namesake did pretty well for himself. Especially from 99-03, when Raul hauled in $54.5 Million in 5 years.
