STEELER/NFL NEWS AND NOTES

A few quick links to post before we get too backed up...
--Carson Palmer is out for Sunday's game against the Steelers with a shoulder injury. Bengal fans are surely blaming Kimo von Oelhoffen.

--Mike Tomlin is bewildered with the $15,000 in fines heaped on Hines Ward. We're all bewildered, Mike. Roger Goodell seems to have gone fine-happy on the black and gold.
--Give it up to the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport, which won the award of Peter King's Enjoyable/Aggravating Travel Note of the Week.
--Fast Willie is returning to practice.
--Shaun Alexander will be collecting NFL paychecks again with the Washington Redskins. Someone should tell Daniel Snyder that we're in the year 2008 and not 2005.
--Pacman Jones is suspended again by the NFL. Hear that? It's the sound of people jumping off the Cowboys' bandwagon.
--Although a few may jump back on with the news that the Boys just traded for Roy Williams (the receiver).
--The NY Times did a feature on Aliquippa and Pitt's Darrelle Revis, now of the Jets.
