THE BUS STOPS AT 1250

ESPN Radio 1250 finally announced their new lineup of programming today (after Bob Smizik tried to ruin the surprise a few days ago), and it includes a big name: future Hall of Famer Jerome Bettis, who has rushed for more yards in his career than all of 1250's other broadcasters combined.

The Bus will be joining the new afternoon drive-time team of Eddy Crow and Scott Paulsen every Friday from Bettis' Grille 36 restaurant on the North Shore from 5:30-6:30 PM. His first scheduled appearance is Friday, August 29th.
As previously noted, the irony here is incredible, given the fact that man who previously occupied the 3-7 drive-time slot (105.9-bound Mark Madden) held a well-publicized and long-standing grudge against the Steeler legend.
Bettis isn't even the only former Steeler added to the roster; the station also announced that Mike Logan will also be joining Paulsen and Crow to round out their football talk.
The new lineup will look like this:
6-10 AM: Mike and Mike
10 AM- 1 PM: Guy Junker, Stan Savran, and Chris Mack
1-3 PM: Mike Tirico and Scott Van Pelt
3-7 PM: Scott Paulsen, Eddy Crow, and Mike Logan (with Friday Bettis appearances)
