Could there be trouble brewing in Morgantown? Maybe, if this story is true.
WVU student Husni Sangarie said he and a friend were beaten up by six Mountaineer footballers on Saturday night after all of them had been kicked out of Club Z. Sangarie was only able to ID running back Noel Devine and WR/RB Jock Sanders, and assumed the rest of the group were football players as well. Sangarie fell to the ground and was kicked and punched by several of the football players, including Devine and Sanders. Whatever the case, it sounded pretty ugly for Sangarie and friend Ryan Lewis, who was also kicked and punched in the melee.
The Morgantown PD is investigating the case, and no arrests have been made. More on this story as it develops.
